    A short movement practice which will assist your body and joints in developing a fuller range of motion and fluidity

  • Body Part Specific Routines

    To help with particular areas of joint stiffness and restriction you will have 3 routines to perform each week: Hips, Postural (neck and shoulders) and Spinal mobility routines

  • Support & Accountability

    Everybody needs a little support to see them through! You will have access to the community group to share any problems or questions and there will be a weekly live on zoom to go through any sticking points and keep you motivated until the end
